Our Vietnam By Bike is leading cancellation policy that makes it as easy as possible to change your bike tour. Even in uncertain times, you can rely on us to provide flexibility so you can book your trip with confidence. The $500* trip deposit is fully refundable and transferable up until 45 days prior departure date, and your deposit on file never expires. On the right sidebar you will find our departure dates in each country of options to choose either a refund or future bike tours based on your cancellation date. Vietnam By Bike cannot make exceptions to this policy for any reason including personal emergencies, unexpected weather, natural disasters or terrorism. Vietnam By Bike also reserves the right to cancel any trip using our discretion if the safety of our travelers or staff should be compromised. In the event of cancellation, Vietnam By Bike is not responsible for any loss incurred for non-refundable travel costs. In this case, a refund of payments received by Vietnam By Bike will constitute the full and final settlement.

- More than 45 Days $500 deposit due Deposit is fully transferable to another trip, no refunds.
- 31-45 Days $10,000 due at 270 Days 50% of funds paid to date – $6,000 is non-refundable
- 15-30 Days $10,000 due at 180 Days 50% of funds paid to date – $11,000 is non-refundable
- Balance due at 15 Days No refund
